(photo by Waedao Harai)NARATHIWAT - Two border patrol policemen treated for shrapnel wounds and then released from hospital after a roadside bomb blast in Rueso district on Wednesday evening were re-admitted to hospital on Thursday morning. They were members of an 8-strong unit patrolling a road in Ban Kubo in tambon Suvari where the bomb went off. Rueso Hospital director Mahama Momula said the two men had severe bruising to their chests and would be scanned to ascertain if there was any internal damage. The bomb, estimated to weigh 20kg, was concealed under a roadside bush and detonated by radio, police said.
